Peter Symington is an independent telecommunications engineering consultant. Previously having worked with Telstra, he has 20 years professional experience in the roll-out of complex projects in Australia and South East Asia.

He is well qualified to explain the potential benefits and pitfalls for our Region, with this ambitious 43 billion dollar project, which will have an important impact on our region.
