1 April 2011Hello

Become a Fraser Coast ambassador this Easter.

Have you experienced all the attractions that the Fraser Coast has to offer so that you can pass the good news on to friends and family who might want to visit?

With Easter approaching I would encourage all Fraser Coast residents to consider holidaying at home.

Use the Staycations Card attached to the Council’s quarterly newsletter that was recently delivered to all 46,000 households in the region to take advantage of great discounts and deals from regional businesses and attractions and explore your fantastic backyard.

By holidaying, shopping and dining locally, you are helping businesses affected by the drop in the number of tourists to the region. If they are supported, they will in turn support other businesses in the region.

So live life local during Easter! You will be holidaying in the best region in Australia by far and helping your community.
